Terms & Conditions
- Please make sure you have read all the terms & conditions upon booking confirmation.
- Above prices are valid for mentioned packages & does not include shipping cost of printed products.
- A minimum deposit of RM200 or any amount agreeable by both parties for booking date confirmation. Later than that, booking date is considered cancel and not refundable.
- Above prices are valid for events within 30 miles or 50KM radius from our office located in Durian Tunggal, Melaka. Transportation charges implied for outside this radius.
- Any free photo sessions are non-transferable for cash or other items.
- Photos selected for editing will have basic enhancement editing style.
- Full payment are required upon before or on the day of photoshoot session.
- Additional charges of RM150/hour implied for time extensions.
- Outdoor session is limited to 20KM radius from the main event location
- Unedited/original photo are expected to be available for collection or download within 7 days.
- End products (Edited Photos) are expected to be available for collection or download within 7-14 days.
- Printed products (Album) are expected to be available for collection within 90 days upon confirmation and finalization of selected and edited photos.
- Softcopy will be provided either by email or download links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
